However, he suggests that it’s healthier and even more sustainable if the fish consumed is ethically farmed. He further explains, “There are countless environmental repercussions when we talk about eating meat, caused due to raising and processing meat or utilizing resources needed for it, from land to energy. By eliminating our dependence on meat and opting for sustainable fish choices, we call to create a better planet.”
